We founded Little Red Lullaby with a number of key goals, among them making sure our customers always have an enjoyable and rewarding shopping experience. We believe that the higher the quality of our service, the more customer loyalty we enjoy.

SHIPPING- as products are all hand made please consult individual product for shipping times.

RETURNS- we do not offer a refund for change of mind on any products that is personalised or that has been worn (that includes accessories). For change of mind buyer must cover return postage costs and then will be given an exchange or credit note. Faulty items must be sent back for inspection and and will be assest by company.
